Rotaract Club of Singapore (Aug 21- Present) 

International Service Director

On top of serving local and international communities, the Rotaract Club of Singapore (RACSG) represents Singapore as a point of contact for intercultural exchanges with Rotaract Clubs from all around the world both in Asia & Western Countries.

As the International Service Director of RACSG, I am in charge of getting our club members to recognise & appreciate cultural differences of communities from all over the world in terms of values, beliefs & customs. I am the main point of contact for RACSG for liaising with external organisations and relevant Rotaract Clubs, to organise cultural exchange projects.

Organised the following events:
• Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The World is One Family)
• World Clean Up Day 2021

Rotary Club of Singapore (Aug 21- Present) 

Project Director (Project Kamleang)

​

Project Kamleang is an OCIP project that aims to empower girls in Siem Reap, Cambodia to protect themselves from sex trafficking. Providing critical vocational skills such as English literacy, and first aid allows girls to pursue education & seek employment without falling prey to traffickers. This project is also a precursor to the larger Rotary Global Grant project taking place in Cambodia next year, where we will collaborate with other Rotaract Clubs in Singapore.

• Conducted a large scale recruitment process to select an organising committee of 23 members
• Lead the organising team to carry out 10 sessions of lessons over a span of 5 weeks 
• Collaborate with local NGOs and Rotaract clubs to conduct needs analysis over 4 months

Parkway Shenton Pte Ltd (Feb - Aug 21)

Healthcare Assistant

Part of the Ministry of Health's Island-wide vaccination project, the Bukit Timah Vaccination Center handles loads of up to 1,900 patients each day.
 

• Crowd management and immediate response to any medical contingencies

• Patient management through GPConnect system

• Identified possible bottlenecks in the system and implemented solutions both on the ground and in the long term for up-scaling of maximum load

• Worked with Senior and Corporate Management to ensure logistic and manpower needs are successfully met to handle human traffic

• Established TBSG's first IT-integrated customer service department
• Key point-of-contact between Head of Departments (Finance, Compliance, IT)
• Liaising with Beijing Headquarters for language localization and event organization
• Competitor evaluation and on-the-ground market survey
• Assisted over 3000 customers through Zendesk cloud services
• Resource creation and minutes-taking for commercial pitch to potential clients
• Optimising customer onboarding process through novel features based on user feedback data
